Laptops give students a license to roam but everybody is not happy


With 40 percent of college classrooms in the U.S. equipped with wireless Internet service, some schools are finding that the educational advantages are also accompanied by relentless distractions, such as students who write e-mails, browse the Internet or play video games while in class.
